Do I need a consultation beforehand?
Yes. A consultation is recommended prior to your Polynucleotide treatment.
During your consultation I will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and ensure the treatment is suitable for you. This also allows me to create a personalised treatment plan to achieve the best possible results for your skin.
How long will it take to see results?
Some improvement in hydration and skin quality may be noticed within the first few weeks.
However, the full regenerative benefits of Polynucleotides develop gradually as collagen production increases. Most clients see the best results 4–6 weeks after treatment, with continued improvement over time.
How many treatments will I need?
For optimal results a course of 2–3 treatments spaced around 3–4 weeks apart is usually recommended.
Following your initial course, maintenance treatments every 6–12 months can help maintain skin quality and continue stimulating collagen production.

How long will results last?
Results can last 6–12 months, depending on your skin condition, lifestyle and skincare routine.
Regular maintenance treatments and a good home skincare routine will help prolong and enhance your results.
How should I care for my skin before / after Microneedling?
♡ Avoid alcohol and blood thinning medications for 24 hours before treatment (unless prescribed by your doctor).
♡ Avoid retinol, AHA/BHA products and strong active skincare for 3–5 days before and after treatment.
♡ Avoid excessive sun exposure before and after treatment and always wear SPF30 or above.
♡ Do not apply makeup for at least 24 hours after treatment.
♡ Avoid excessive heat, exercise, saunas or steam rooms for 24–48 hours.
♡ Keep the treated area clean and hydrated using gentle skincare products.
