How many treatments will I receive?

For best results, Hydro Congestion treatments are recommended every 4–6 weeks to maintain clear, healthy skin.

If you are targeting persistent congestion or breakouts, a course of treatments may be recommended.

How many treatments will I receive?

♡ Avoid using Retinol or AHA/BHA exfoliating products for 3–5 days before and after treatment.

♡ Avoid waxing or hair removal in the treatment area for 5–7 days before and after treatment.

♡ Avoid excessive sun exposure and always wear SPF30 or above.

♡ Avoid heavy exercise, saunas or steam rooms for 24 hours after treatment.

♡ Avoid wearing makeup for at least 24 hours.

♡ Follow any personalised aftercare advice given during your appointment.
