How should I care for my skin before / after Bespoke Hydro Treatment?

♡ Avoid using Retinol or strong AHA/BHA exfoliating products for 3–5 days before and after treatment.

♡ Avoid waxing or hair removal in the treatment area for 5–7 days before and after treatment.

♡ Avoid excessive sun exposure and always wear SPF30 or above.

♡ Avoid heavy exercise, saunas or steam rooms for 24 hours after treatment.

♡ Avoid wearing makeup for at least 24 hours to allow the skin to fully recover.

♡ Keep skin hydrated and follow any personalised aftercare advice given during your appointment.
